18.1 Customers post quote requests to get real time quotes from removal companies.
18.2 Removal companies receive notification of jobs matched to them by the preferences they set when creating an account.
18.3 Removal companies who purchase leads are responsible for contacting the customer to provide a quotation on the job posted.
18.4 We can in no way guarantee the time it takes to receive a quote from a removal company.
18.5 We reserve the right to remove posts or access which breaches the Content Standards or our general terms and conditions.
19.1. By registering as a customer or a company on Movingboom.com, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Any breach of our terms and conditions, can result in account suspension, account termination or legal action where your actions are deemed to be illegal or harmful to our company and brand.
Any submissions to our site either by customers or companies must abide by the following rules:
20.1 All submission of information must be genuine and relate to a real project. All submissions will be validated.
20.2 Submissions must not contain any content that may be considered illegal in any jurisdiction.
20.3 Submissions must not contain any language that could be considered offensive.
21. RULES FOR REMOVALS COMPANIES.
All companies must abide by the following rules to avoid account suspension or termination:
21.1 All account information and personal details must be correct and up to date on our systems.
21.2 When you purchase a lead via our system, any offers you make will be committed if your offer is accepted by the customer.
21.4 When making an offer to a customer you must clearly outline your terms and conditions to the customer.
21.5 Any deviation from the offer you made to the customer once you are dealing direct must be clearly justified and agreed by the customer.
21.6 Any contract agreed is between you and the customer. Movingboom Ltd is not involved in any contractual negotiations or disputes.
22. RULES FOR CUSTOMERS.
All customers must abide by the following rules to avoid account suspension or termination:
22.1 All account information and personal details must be correct and up to date on our systems.
22.2 All quotes requested must be genuine. All quote requests will be checked for authenticity.
22.5 You are required to leave feedback on every company that you hire after the job is marked as complete.
23. CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE.
23.1 The customer is liable to the conditions of carriage set out by the removal company that they hire and are bound by the terms of the contract outlined by that removal company.
24.1 Any payments made for leads are manages by Stripe and are fully PCI Compliant.
25. FEEDBACK RULES.
Feedback left by customers or companies must abide by the following rules:
25.1 All feedback must be honest and reflect the facts of the job that has been completed.
25.2 Customer feedback can only be completed by the removal company once the job is marked as complete.
25.3 Removal Company feedback can only be completed by the customer once the job is marked as complete.
25.4 No obscene language or insults will be tolerated in any feedback. Any use of obscene language or insults in feedback will result in instant account suspension.
26. PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
26.1 The Movingboom system automatically allocates leads based on preferences set by you the moving partner.
26.2 As a partner you are fully responsible for managing your account. We accept no liability where you have provided information which is not up to date or where you have failed to manage your account.
You must ensure that the preferences you set in your control panel are correct at the time of saving data. You can login and edit your preferences at any time and pause your account when needed.
You must set your daily budget in your control panel. Our system will charge leads against your daily budget. The daily budget you set is excluding VAT. VAT will be charged on your daily budget amount. Our system will deliver the maximum leads for your daily budget. You may see your daily budget exceeded if our system calculates that this is the most cost effective way to deliver maximum leads against the budget you have set. We will always aim to keep your daily spend as close to your daily budget as possible. We do not apply refunds for budget over spend if this is within a reasonable margin of 25% or less (Excluding VAT).
26.5 Account Status
You are responsible for managing your account status by ensuring that it is paused or live when requuired. By pausing your account we will stop delivering leads. You may see leads delivered after you have paused your account if this was distributed before the pause updated on our system. We do not offer lead refunds on leads recieved within system update times. System updates are usually applied instantly.
26.6 Contact Details
Our system delivers leads automatically based on the preferences you have set. These leads are distributed by email and SMS.
You are required to confirm your email address and phone number at the time of signup and when you edit your account.
If your email address or phone number change, you are required to update this information in your control panel or pause your account untill you can update this information.
We accept no responsibility and offer no lead refunds where we have delivered leads to contact details that are invalid.
